For customers requiring non-standard equipment, we communicate closely with our engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and cost efficiency, providing tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific requirements.
We operate three main production lines for flat bottom, square bottom and handle paper bag machines. Based on your production needs, usage environment, order volume and sample bag images, we can recommend cost-effective models or even develop customized solutions for non-standard products.
Our quotations are based on comprehensive evaluations of R&D costs, production expenses and order quantities to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
A 30% down payment is required upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due after factory acceptance and prior to shipment.
For non-standard machines, the typical delivery time is approximately 90 working days after receiving the deposit. For standard models, delivery is usually within 60 working days. The factory will confirm or adjust the final schedule upon order confirmation.
Once an order is placed, our dedicated project specialists track production progress and provide regular updates. Customers can also check real-time order status through the Shipping Inquiry section on our official website.
During production, we implement a rigorous inspection process to guarantee product quality. Internal inspections verify that in-house components meet technical standards, while third-party inspections ensure subcontracted parts are defect-free. Final machine testing confirms full compliance with operational specifications.
Before shipment, each product is securely packaged using vacuum-sealed bases with either wooden or steel pallets to ensure safe transport.
Products are typically shipped by sea from Ningbo Port, China, to the designated destination port.
Our machines come with a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance support. In the event of a quality issue, we assist customers through several channels: a) providing spare parts, b) offering remote troubleshooting assistance, c) coordinating service through our local agents, or d) dispatching our own technicians to the customer’s site.
If damage occurs during transportation due to insufficient packaging reinforcement on our part, we will take full responsibility for the loss.
We maintain regular contact with our customers to guide them on maintenance procedures. For domestic clients, our technicians provide scheduled on-site maintenance visits.
